SPRUNG DRAWBARS ON STRONGA AGRICULTURAL TRAILERS
Wide leaf sprung drawbars and excellent weight distribution make for a smooth ride, minimising shock loads on the tractor even at high speeds while height adjustment allows the operator to achieve the perfect ride height on any tractor.
PIPE HOLDER
All services are kept away from dirt and clear of damage from the tractor rear linkage with the multi functional stalk at the front of the trailer which also provides clean organised storage for connections when the trailer is unhitched from the tractor.
OPTIONAL AUTOMATIC GREASING SYSTEM
The optional centralised automatic electronic lubrication system ensures the right amount of grease is delivered to each and every lubrication point at electronically controlled regular intervals with manual override switch.
HYDRAULIC BRAKE LOAD SENSING
An optional load sensing system that sensing the load on the trailer and adjusts the braking force bringing benefits of improved tyre and brake life together with increased safety for hydraulically braked systems.
SPRUNG SUSPENSIONS ON AGRICULTURAL TRAILERS
Heavy duty multi leaf springs give excellent ride quality on all terrain and axles on all our trailers are independently sprung as standard. Optional air suspension and lift axles are available.
AIR SUSPENSIONS
Optional road friendly air suspension is available with ride height adjustment and roll stability control.
STEERING AXLES ON AGRICULTURAL TRAILERS
Both free and positive steering axles are available reducing tyre wear and improving manoeuvrability on larger trailers.
BRAKING SYSTEMS
Hydraulic, Air or dual braking systems are supplied to customer requirements. Air braked systems have Wabco ALB load sensing fitted providing effective stopping power under any load.
HYDRAULIC SUPPORT LEG
A robust and durable hydraulically operated leg powerful enough to raise even fully loaded trailers to the correct hitching height for any tractor.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Modern sealed loom electric system with plug in LED front and rear sidelights fitted as standard while quality commercial rear light clusters are encased in protective grilles. LED rear cluster fittings are optional.
HARDOX 450 WEAR PLATE
Hardox combines hardness, high strength and toughness that why Stronga use HARDOX 450 giving customers the advantage of reduced tare weights thereby increasing payloads while providing a durable wear resistant long life structures.
AGRICULTURAL TYRE OPTIONS
Stronga specify good quality radial tyres as standard however there are many optional tyres sizes and tread patterns available to meet customer requirements.
REAR BUMPER
Rugged removable rear bumper protects the rear of the trailer when reversing and can be easily removed for accessing hoppers.
REAR DRAWBAR OPTIONS
A robust rear towing bracket allows a variety of automatic and manual rear drawbars to be fitted together with rear braking and electrical services.
LIFT AXLES ON AGRICULTURAL TRAILERS
For customers specifying air suspension Stronga can offer optional lift axles which reduce tyre wear and fuel usage when travelling empty.
BOLT ON TOWING EYES
A weld on Scharmuller multi position drawbar plate improves flexibility by allowing customers to interchange bolt on towing eyes and provides optimum ride height adjustment.
